![]() Perhaps if back pain isn’t a main factor in your mattress purchase, it is a viable option, but if fitness and support for your back is of utmost importance, I would strongly advise against this, or any Casper mattress. There is no body contouring nor firmness, just soft unsupportive foam that feels cheap. For someone who deals with lower back pain, this mattress, which is supposed to represent one of their most firm mattresses, offered subpar support. “Truly one of the worst mattresses I tried, second only to the Casper ‘Original Hybrid’. I was shocked that it did not cause me any pain! I’m a hot sleeper as well but found even with the mattress cover I also purchased from Nectar, I stayed comfortable all night. I’ve recently had bursitis flare up in my hip which has caused me not to be able to lay on that side, but I tried it last night anyway. I’m a side sleeper and usually wake up at some point during the night having to “flip” due to pain. Dogs seemed to like it too □ I did find that it was a bit more difficult than my older mattress to “transfer” (roll over/change sides). ![]() I definitely feel the softness (which I prefer) yet feel very supported at the same time. Any trace of smell was gone by the time it had fully expanded. Was a bit difficult for me to unbox and spread onto the frame, but I managed (much better than trying to manage a regular mattress!) Slight smell initially as they stated, but I left my fan on for a couple hours and it dissipated quickly. After doing some research and reading many reviews, I decided to take the plunge and I ordered the Nectar Premier. ![]() “It’s been years since I bought a mattress for myself and I was very worried about buying one I’d never laid on! I’m a heavy-set woman with back issues and lots of arthritis as well. Hence, thicker the mattress- better it is. Thicker mattresses lasts longer than thinner mattresses, is best suitable for side sleepers, provides support to your body.
